As I sit down to reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible journey 2023 has been for me as a Sarasota area real estate agent. Against all expectations, this year has proven to be a remarkable one, and I am thrilled to share the exciting news with you. By all accounts, 2023 was predicted to be a slow year in real estate. Higher interest rates coupled with increasing inventory should have meant slower real estate sales but it didn’t. In fact, my sales volume in 2023 was double what it was in 2022 thanks to an amazing village of clients, industry partners, lenders, title companies and my coach.
A Surpassing Year of Sales
In 2023, the Sarasota real estate market exceeded all expectations, and I am delighted to have been a part of this success story. I am proud to announce that I have had the privilege of closing deals on 18 homes, resulting in a total sales volume exceeding $11 million. It’s not just about the numbers; it’s about the stories, the dreams fulfilled, and the countless smiles that have made this year truly exceptional.
