Bay Street Condos in Osprey offers a pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and lake views from most condos, and all have screened lanais and at least a 1-car garage. All this, and only 10 minutes from the world-famous beaches of Siesta Key.
About the complex: The condos are just south of Palmer Ranch in Osprey very near the corner of Tamiami and Bay St. It’s about 10 -15 minutes from Siesta Key beach and about 8 minutes to Nokomis beach. Downtown Venice is just about 10 minutes away at the most. The complex has gated entry, a pool, a community room, a fitness center and a covered lounge area by the pool. Personally, the pool is my favorite feature of the community with it’s soothing water features. My amateur photos above don’t do it justice; you really have to see it for yourself!
At Bay Street there are 3 floorplans: Osprey, Ibis and Heron (all named after birds!) and all are well under $350,000.
The Osprey model is a 2 bed, 2 bath plus den and 2 car garage at 1,574 square feet. These are always on the first floor with no stairs to climb.
The Ibis is a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage. It’s a split floorplan so the master suite is on one side and guest rooms are on the other. These are on the second floor. These units face the back (not parking lot) and many have water views.
The Heron is 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage on the second floor with views of the beautifully landscaped development. These typically don’t have water views (although one or two do!). These are the most affordable of the 3 floorplans, typically running about $250,000 including upgrades.
